Academic Staff College conducts two types of courses. One, Orientation Programs, which are conducted to acquaint young college and university teachers with the wider scope of   their profession and society’s expectations from them, to train the teacher for better classroom interaction through practical sessions in Academic Staff College and to develop in him a confidence towards his profession. Two, Refresher Courses for teachers at various levels to constantly update them as per the new developments and researches in their respective subjects. The Principal meets constitute the third important segment of our functioning.
